& Win Contest for its customers & Fans.

||TERMS & CONDITION||

  1.The offer is valid from 1 st Oct-15th October 2021 in West Bengal & Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

  2.The offer is valid for customers who purchase the following vivo phone models in the mentioned period:

      3.The eligibility of the customer for the Spin & Win will depend upon the following:

  • A.Purchase of above mentioned vivo products from authorized stores & ES across across West Bengal and Andaman & Nicobar Islands
  • B.Activation of the IMEI should be completed within 1 day of bill date (V-work Upload, considering both are same).

  • 4.The customer has to fill all the details and it is to be noted that no incomplete form shall be eligible for the Spin & Win process. No offline process is included.
  • 5.If any winner refuses to accept the gift, it shall be passed on to next selected winner. Winner Selection final decision lies with Yingjia Communication Private Limited & no other party is involved.
  • 6.The gift handover date will be decided in suggestion with the wining customer. However, the customer will get only one chance to select a date in coordination with the company representative. Once selected it will be considered finalized and no further changes shall be entertained.
  • 7..To receive the gift the customer will have to come in person with the authentic (original) bill and government photo ID. Without either of two, the representative of Yingjia Communication Private Limited or the retailer/dealer shall not handover the gift.
  • 8.The DURGA PUJA Gift to be given to the customer will be decided by Yingjia Communication Private Limited from the enlisted option. The wining customer cannot decide from the options.
  • 9.The warranty of the DURGA PUJA Gift received by the customer will be as per the gift item’s company’s Terms & Conditions and warranty conditions .Yingjia Communication Private Limited is in no way liable for it.
  • 10.Yingjia Communication Private Limited can withdraw the contest or alter any of its T&C at any time suitable without any prior notice.
  • 11.The spin & win consumer offer is valid till the gift stocks last of the selected model for the consumer offer process.
